What Teenager and Adult Younger should be eating

  Every meal, every exercise we do in our day to day has a result throughout our life and if we get to eat healthy and at the same time do exercise we can stay healthy and feel more fierce day by day. All the foods are good for our daily food was should never eliminate any type of food only reduce the portions and to know in which schedule we must ingest each food and with that to accompany it. As there are ages that one also needs more food than other people of certain age.

   The teenager between the ages of 15 and 19.  Have to have a healthy diet with all food groups. Since between those ages there is a greater consumption of calories in their bodies since they are in a stage of growth, hormonal changes, going to school, studying new things, and practicing sports. Feeding at those ages should be full of fats as they are: the nuts, peanut butter, almonds, olive oil among other fats. The group of proteins such as: chicken, fish, meat, turkey this group of foods allows you to give them strength and be energized. As well as the group of vegetables and healthy fruits and rich in fiber as they accompany them: broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, potato, avocado, apple, orange and  many more. Carbohydrates among the healthy ones: Milk, rice, pasta, bread, cheeses. All these foods are accompanied by some very good supplements for the growth of each child as they keep them concentrated, with healthy and healthy good growth.

  Adults between 30 and 49 should have a very healthy diet and be careful what time they eat and eat. Since between these ages it is very easy to gain weight as it is more difficult to lose weight, and everything fattens us faster since our body is more sedentary. We must have a full diet of all groups of vegetables and not stop eating any food or eliminate only eat in few proportions and not eat as many carbohydrates at night or processed things as they become sugars. The diet they must have is full of good proteins like fish, chicken and once again red meats. Fill with many vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, lettuce, all green vegetables and we must also accompany with healthy and good carbohydrates like: quinoa, brown rice, bread, pasta, almonds and peanut. These foods help us to have a healthy life and feel better with us and avoid great diseases.

  Nowadays carbohydrates, and all food group are important for adults but not too much or all. Everything has to be balanced and in small portions. Teenagers are more than adults. Adults should consume carbohydrates but of the healthy as whole grains that allow healthy nutrients for their life and does not affect them in the tension or in the health since if they consume many carbohydrates they can get to get sick or that the tension rises a lot and that another serious illness.  
 Both adults and adolescents should eat all kinds of food what happens is that the adults in certain ages have to be careful what they actually eat and how often and at what times and can cause serious illness.
