Dieting is good.





     Diet is a control or regulation of the amount of types of food for each person consumes. Going on  dieting is good as it allows us to feel better, lose weight if that is what we are looking for and very important helps us to prevent the diseases that brings a bad diet. Being on a diet is good as long as it is a healthy and balanced diet full of all the specific portions that we should eat during the day.

A diet including a good diet low in fat and high in proteins will allow us to prevent great diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure like other diseases. A good and healthy diet can consist of consuming foods of plant origin and avoiding the consumption of drinks full of sugar and fat, since avoiding these foods will help us to prevent those types of diseases that come from sugars.

     Since being on a dieting is good as it allows us to reduce serious diseases for our health, to feel better with ourselves, to have more energy since we are eating healthy and ingesting the due foods. It also gives us benefits to lose weight, because when we lose weight we can have a healthier body, feel better, avoid headaches, dizziness and feel better life to do things.  To get all this you have to do a diet based on few proportions eating 4 times a day accompanied by proteins and vegetables. 

      



To have a fun and good diet that does not become annoying. We must first have the desire to make a diet. For a good diet requires the consumption of all foods without eliminating any only reduce portions, of each meal and ingesting foods such as flours and sugars in a few portions and mostly in the morning since in the rest of the day we should eat carbohydrates full of fiber , Proteins and fruits.

Every diet allows us to feel good with energies, wanting to always make things better. Since that is why it is good to be on a dieting and eat clean. Dieting is good as long as you do not eliminate food and make it fun as you enjoy each food.

Problems with people do not eat healthy.


 The well-being of a human begins with a healthy diet.  Consuming  all the necessary portions at the indicated times. Since if it follows a healthy balanced diet, and abuses of foods full of sugars and fats we can find ourselves with terrible diseases such as  hypertension, and diabetes. The solution to avoid this type of disease is to have a healthy diet full of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy oils, proteins like chicken, fish, and also drinking lots of water at least 8 glasses of water daily, green tea and oatmeal water.

   If you do not follow a balanced diet and abuse the meals especially of the sugars as they are; Chocolates, all kinds of sodas, cakes with high of sugars in excess can arrive to appear a very bad disease as it is the diabetes is a chronic condition that is triggered when the body loses its ability to produce enough or  use efficacy. This disease although it does not seem of much importance if it is can get to leave the person very badly by the high levels of sugars that are in the blood and the overweight. This disease is located in the pancreas an organ near the stomach. The solution for this disease is to eat well as? Eating all the meals a day accompanying each meal of vegetables like; Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower. White proteins such as chicken and white fish, healthy carbohydrates like quinoa, brown rice, good fats like mani, olive oil, mani butter and lots of fruits.

 If you exceed the levels of flour, and carbohydrates such as flour, pasta, breads, and rice. You eat them at all times without having a level of balance between them without realizing it can get you very serious damage to long can appear to a disease which is hypertension that is because of high levels of meal at certain times this disease is a chronic pathology that consists of the increase of the arterial pressure this disease. This disease is found in the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps blood to the body. This disease is caused by the amount of salt consumption in your meals, red meat since it has lots of fat, sodas, bacon, butter, breads and all kinds of flours. All these types of foods contain a high percentage of fats and carbohydrates since if you consume these in large amounts and frequently during the day you may get to notice this disease. The solution to avoid and improve hypertension is to have a diet full of many vegetables especially lettuce, spinach, zana, tomato, onion all green vegetables. As well as accompanying the diet of healthy proteins such as white meat chicken and fish. As also every morning before breakfast take a glass of oatmeal as the oats allow to lower the hypertension so high by the fiber that contains this food. Accompany this whole diet of at least 8 glasses of water daily.

  To prevent all these diseases we must follow a fun and balanced nutrition. Full of foods in low calories and low levels of salt and fat that if without eliminating any food just eat in few proportions and have a diet full of vegetables, fibers, fruits and proteins to be able to follow a quiet and healthy life free of these diseases.

What Teenager and Adult Younger should be eating

  Every meal, every exercise we do in our day to day has a result throughout our life and if we get to eat healthy and at the same time do exercise we can stay healthy and feel more fierce day by day. All the foods are good for our daily food was should never eliminate any type of food only reduce the portions and to know in which schedule we must ingest each food and with that to accompany it. As there are ages that one also needs more food than other people of certain age.

   The teenager between the ages of 15 and 19.  Have to have a healthy diet with all food groups. Since between those ages there is a greater consumption of calories in their bodies since they are in a stage of growth, hormonal changes, going to school, studying new things, and practicing sports. Feeding at those ages should be full of fats as they are: the nuts, peanut butter, almonds, olive oil among other fats. The group of proteins such as: chicken, fish, meat, turkey this group of foods allows you to give them strength and be energized. As well as the group of vegetables and healthy fruits and rich in fiber as they accompany them: broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, potato, avocado, apple, orange and  many more. Carbohydrates among the healthy ones: Milk, rice, pasta, bread, cheeses. All these foods are accompanied by some very good supplements for the growth of each child as they keep them concentrated, with healthy and healthy good growth.

  Adults between 30 and 49 should have a very healthy diet and be careful what time they eat and eat. Since between these ages it is very easy to gain weight as it is more difficult to lose weight, and everything fattens us faster since our body is more sedentary. We must have a full diet of all groups of vegetables and not stop eating any food or eliminate only eat in few proportions and not eat as many carbohydrates at night or processed things as they become sugars. The diet they must have is full of good proteins like fish, chicken and once again red meats. Fill with many vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, lettuce, all green vegetables and we must also accompany with healthy and good carbohydrates like: quinoa, brown rice, bread, pasta, almonds and peanut. These foods help us to have a healthy life and feel better with us and avoid great diseases.

  Nowadays carbohydrates, and all food group are important for adults but not too much or all. Everything has to be balanced and in small portions. Teenagers are more than adults. Adults should consume carbohydrates but of the healthy as whole grains that allow healthy nutrients for their life and does not affect them in the tension or in the health since if they consume many carbohydrates they can get to get sick or that the tension rises a lot and that another serious illness.  
 Both adults and adolescents should eat all kinds of food what happens is that the adults in certain ages have to be careful what they actually eat and how often and at what times and can cause serious illness.

Food recipes should be healthy




    Food recipes should be healthy. I want to motivate people who do not eat well, and want to have good habits, and know of healthy, delicious recipes that can eat and enjoy. I like to eat well and I know to many tips for that. What kind of food do you need to eat if you want to feel good? What are the habits you need to eat good and don't lose the way? I hope so give the best tips, recipe habits, and do not make this boring but fun to enjoy the information. Healthy food and eating habits keep body at the good weight, help your body feel energy, prevent diseases.     

   A healthy body at a good weight not only is exercise is complementary but is not just workout.  Take it in the right way consists of several things to keep the body active: keep your body active always doing something all the time is routine day to day exercise but we can not stop doing anything because if we want to have a fit body we can not become sedentary. Eat healthy, eat at specific hours, do not skip the breakfast, lunch or dinner time. Eat at each meal vegetables, protein and carbohydrates in small portions and if we get hungry between each meal  snack healthy such as  fruits, peanuts, almonds, raisins. Do  exercise at least 2 or 3 days per week, drink plenty of water a day, and sleep 8 hours.

  Eating healthy, exercising, getting enough sleep, drinking water by following all these steps. You will feel more energized with your body and with your health, you will see favorable changes how to lose weight and that your body has more shape, feel as much as mentally and physically well and you will have more desire to do things without laziness. 




 Since if we come to neglect to follow similar steps to those we can get to have more serious diseases such as diabetes, cardiac arrest suffering from tension, obesity, heart attack among others. To be able to prevent all these things try to maintain a life and healthy diet. Most of these diseases come from poor diet, eating flours and sugars at non-due times.




                                                                       

  If we can follow a healthy diet, balanced diet full of energy, vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, vegetables,water and exercise we will be able to stabilize our body and feel better with ourselves.
